NO – the levels have been calculated so that a normal (in fact good) diet, plus the supplement will provide the optimum level of nutrients.
All nutrient levels are below the upper safe level as determined by the Food Standards Agency.
There is a table in the book Health Defence written by Dr Paul Clayton that calculates the average nutrient intake, then what an optimum intake would be and the Nutrishield formula fills that gap.

if one was to take this level of supplementation daily, as well as eating their normal diet, is it not likely that they would essentially overdose on certain vitamins?

The answer is mostly yes, milk keeps its good stuff. But the higher and longer it is heated, the more vitamins are destroyed by the heat. Calcium doesn't change and even though the proteins denature slightly, you still digest them to useful amino acids. If you heat the milk to around 120F, you will still have the cooked taste and lose the least amount of vitamins.
If you don't care about having it warm, but like the cooked taste, try this: take a can of evaporated milk and add one can of water to it. Mix your chocolate with this reconstituted milk and you will have the cooked taste and most of the nutrition of fresh milk. Why? When making evaporated milk, the producer fortifies it with vitamin D and sometimes vitamin K to cover the amount lost in their cooking process.

Most health supplements are not evaluated by the FDA, therefore they are not endorsing claims that they have positive effects on your body. Let me try and understand what you are saying. The government should ban peoples freedom to purchase new age religious crap or toys? Who are you to decide what is a prudent purchase? If you don't like freedom go somewhere else, if you don't like new age crap don't buy. While I think most things you mentioned are stupid I can't believe you would prefer a government that has to tell you what you can or can't purchase.

Mate, a few comments.
You can't get big and lose weight at the same time. This is nearly always true especially without chemical help. You are doing too much cardio to put on weight.
You also would be struggling to work at intensity if you are doing squats and skipping on the same day. By rights working a max or near max intensity you should not be able to complete 5 minutes let alone 20 minutes of skipping. You may need to increase your intensity.
Cut back on the riding too.
Diet sounds like you are on the right path. Keep on the protein line. Don't worry about supplements – most aren't worth their money for an average person (professional athletes are different).
Go heavy mate and you will get big – just don't be stupid – be safe

Not sure about the supplements but why dont you just try lifting weights at the gym during your off season? Start a workout plan, no need for supplements.
