Hi! I'm 23 years old and am trying to lose some weight. I am doing some moderate excercising, as moderate is all I have time for, and am watching what I eat. What is a good diet supplement, pills or for shakes, that is safe to take and works most effectively w/out side effects?

B – Oatmeal with Raisins ( a sprinkle of flax ..you do not taste it at all) , Grapefruit juice , followed by Spice apple Tea Plain and a Banana maybe 30 minutes after oatmeal ..
L – Unegg (Tofu) salad with lettuce on Country bread ,a few olives , and maybe some left over veggie from the night before , usually water to drink
S – 2 Brazil Nuts , or a few cashews or almonds
D – Curried Rice Pilaf w/ Cauliflower , Spinach Salad , small soup ( tonight was tomato) , a Beer
R – normally none , but on occasion a cookie , or piece of pie or piece of cake ( but normally only if I bake) unless I go out then Tofu cheesecake!
L-( late snack) an Apple or Pineapple

3. I am a very Healthy Vegan Not overweight, and have No health problems .Did Blood work 2 months ago , and all was fine, Bone density says I will probably never break a bone in my life time, and Cardiology says in the very low range for ever having heart trouble.Yes , I feel great !
I Work three days a week ( semi retired) doing design work in knitwear , I Like to do Gardening when the weather is good and Construction for fun (sometimes plumbing or concrete work , siding, building , etc ,etc) , Also Love to clean..lol..But for Fun I still go Dancing as well …
Sleep about 7 hours a night , have lots of endurance and energy .. Been Vegetarian over 35 years ( over 25 Vegan) Take no supplements , except C on rare occasions
Played handball and Racket-ball in my younger years , but now aside from my job and construction hobby , I walk a lot several times a week . (usually shopping , but it is literally for 4-6 hours solid)

It's a noble thing you are trying to do and good that you are working on being educated about this subject. It's important for you to understand that nutrition is actually about 20% of what you need to know in regard to being outrageously healthy. Your biofield is the preeminent determining factor that controls your health and nutrition plays a big role in this, but the health of your organs are primary to how your body utilizes the food you eat. You are NOT what you eat, but what you DIGEST. Having said that, scars, traumas, and daily assaults on your health that include EMF (electromagnetic frequencies), scanning devices, chemicals, typical vitamins, cell phone towers, etc. all contribute to the health of your biofield. Just living in a house or apartment that has not been remediated will cause you to have to eat more food just to get the energy out of it and each cell in your body will be struggling to work as we were designed.

It is also important to realize chemical nutrients made in a lab somewhere are NOT cellular resonant and just because some study somewhere indicates that a particular benefit is derived from that nutrient, doesn't mean that the product that makes wild claims about their purity, etc. will have the same effect and in most cases, those products actually damage your DNA of each of your cells.

Primitive man had NO cavities, NO plaque build up on his teeth, was resistant to most diseases. He lived in a more unified field of energy and ate primarily wild animals and wild fish that were NOT fed the grains and garbage animals are fed today.

It is possible to be outrageously healthy in today's world, but there are many things you have to do and one of them is to learn to test what is good and bad for the body. Testing is the very basic starting point and then to understand the body and how it works. Western medicine is in the dark ages on this one and with all the fancy diagnostic tools being used to day, still cannot figure out what the body already knows how to do, not get sick. Becoming healthy is not about finding the "magic cure for cancer," but focusing on living in today's world, but learning what the primitives did and avoid the pitfalls we face today.

The basic food structure should be 40% carbs, 30% fats, and 30% proteins. The carbs should be high density; the 30% fats should be in a mix of: 60% monounsaturated (like olive oil), 30% saturated fats (like that found in real RAW BUTTER and COCONUT OIL), and 10% polyunsaturated fats like that found in seeds and nuts, but NOT vegetable oils, etc.

You should eliminate GRAINS, SUGAR, and CORNSTARCH. These foods contain the magic ingredients that give you BAD LDL pattern 2 cholesterol that ends up contributing to plaque in your arteries. The LDL pattern 1 cholesterol is GOOD, not bad. Doctors lump the pattern 1 and pattern 2 together and give you cheap blood tests that do not determine the good from the bad and you end up on medication that damages your body and shortens your life.

There are some very good books that you should read that will help you greatly from real experts, not these so called "food experts" and typical media junk they are selling. These so called expert doctors that lecture on nutrition on the tube are ridiculous and are giving a lot of bad advice.

This is almost unbelievable!
It is just amazing when you think about it. Last year no one died from a vitamin, herb, or nutrient of any type. ZERO DEATHS!
On the other hand,according to the American Medical Association, FDA-approved drugs KILLED over 106,000 people last year who took the drugs as prescribed. Now that’s the equivalent of 5 fully loaded jumbo jets crashing every week for 1 year. Do the research yourself. Don’t trust these clowns.

Because the FDA can’t get money from supplements they are trying to get rid of them by lying about this issue. The FDA does more harm than good but nobody realizes it. They just want to sell you prescription drugs and won’t tell you the safe and easy way to cure anything…

This seems ridiculous to me. If there were metals and other things such as lead arsenic lead in the products you should know that lawyers would be all over this! Seems to be marketing their product only for sale…buy these prodcuts they are safe…lawyers would be all over the place suing like crazy if lead or arsenic crud like that was in vitamins people took…
