Before coming to me, many people had tried many diets but did not lose pounds, or in their words, can’t lose weight.  They were frustrated.  It dose mean that you need to be educated – get the knowledge, do your homework and don’t be fooled by some exciting words like speed or fast.  You will find the best way to lose weight, lose belly fat or body fat.

 

Causes to the failure

 

1. Without a fat loss system to help them to achieve weight loss

 

They are lack of the knowledge and skills of weight loss, and some even the motivation to lose pounds.  When you are lack  of any of those you are unable to make a new habit because losing weight is a life changing process by changing one’s habits.  In order to have a new habit you have to have those three.

 

2. Diets not working as It is not the best way to lose weight, lose belly fat or body fat

They want fast results and don’t care if it is for long term health – Instant gratification.  However, true health is a journey, not a destination.  It is a lifestyle that is achieved through daily habits.  With a fat loss system you will be able to lose pounds and keep them off for ever to achieve long term weight loss and health.

You need a fat loss system that include everything you need for fat loss.  Since it is a journey, it can’t be done just by a piece of information or a bit of tips, you need a system or a complete guild that include everything in order to achieve fat loss, it is the only and best way to lose weight, lose belly fat or body fat.

 

You need a compass that will guide you at a right direction,  a map and a vehicle to take you there when you go on a journey.   Among those the compass is most important because if you get wrong direction no matter how good the map and vehicle you have, you will never arrive at  your destination.

 

Even if you take weights training as a part of fat loss method, it can’t be done just by buying a gym membership without any professional instructions or coaching.  But for the people who have metabolic syndrome (also known as insulin resistance) will be unable to lose weight and gain muscles even when you do it RIGHT.

To tone up I would suggest a couple of things. First, you should try to lose a little weight. You can only see the results of ab exercises once you lose weight, otherwise the muscle you build will be covered by the fat on top of it. Try doing cardiovascular activities such as jogging. Even lower impact exercises like yoga or aerobics can help. Once you lose some weight, then you can do crunches or keep going w/ the aerobics. Good luck to you, miss!

There are three keys to permanent fat lost, they are….

1. resistance training – you want to focus on doing multi-joint exercises like Lunges, box jump, and squats. These exercises burn fat like crazy. Avoid doing single joint exercises like arm curls, leg extensions, and tricep extensions. They are the least effective method to burning off body fat.

2. interval training – Do interval training instead of long, boring cardio. You can do this right after you've completed your strength training workout..it should only take you 20 minutes to complete the whole routine.

3. Eat natural, whole foods instead of refined processed carbs. Stay away from anything that's in a bag, box, or can. they are usually loaded with empty calories they will get you even fattter.

I recommend the workout program below as the trainer there incorporates all three keys into his training system, plus he'll answer all of your questions for free.

okay i consider my self and expert on this,

-eat 5 SMALL meals a day, start early in the morning, never skip breakfast. make sure the five meals are healthy, not a slice of pizza every time.

- DO NOT eat inbetween the 5 meals at all. you most likeley won't b hungry, to stop your self, watch tV or go fora long walk so you won't think about it.

-don't keep unhealthy food in your kitchen. it's easier to eat healthy when the healthy food is there and the junk food is not.

-do extra work-outs, run a little, do crunches, maybe pick up a work out tape. set goals for yourself. it helps a lot.

ab exercises will tone ab muscles, but in order to see your abs, you have to lose fat around the midsection.

Working a specific body part does not cause weight loss in that one area, however. Fat is lost and gained over the entirety of the body with a tiny bit of extra being deposited certain places via genetics.

Cardio exercise for 30 mins at least 3x a week will help you lose weight and keep your metabolism working a little faster than normal.

Instead of 3 big meals, eat 6 smaller meals. This increases metabolism too.

Certain foods require a lot of carlories just to digest. For instance, protein uses up approximately 30% of its calories for digestion. So lets say you consumed 1000 calories from protein. 300 of those calories are going to be used up by digestion.

Carbs and fat are really low on this scale. Takes hardly any calories at all to burn carbohydrates and fat.

Exercise is the only true way to be skinny AND healthy. A person can lower their caloric intake, be skinny, and still have a fatty abdomen on the inside.

You want your heartrate to go up and stay up for at least 30min at a time, at least 3x a week. More is obviously better.

Eat most of your carbs in the morning and taper off as it gets later in the day.

What you need to do is ditch this Anne Collins thing and go to a weight loss spa. I went to Fitness Ridge Weight Loss Spa in St. George, UT and lost 34 pounds in 4 weeks. Great hiking and terrific staff.
