I know that health/diet supplements can help to increase your metabolism and suppress your appetite, depending on what's in them. Anyway, I need some suggestions. What do you all think?

I also take Omega 3 . You may need to take iron but that depends on your diet i.e if your a vegatarian.. Most other Vits are already present in a stable diet but some people top up with vits A ,C and D ..

NO – the levels have been calculated so that a normal (in fact good) diet, plus the supplement will provide the optimum level of nutrients.
All nutrient levels are below the upper safe level as determined by the Food Standards Agency.
There is a table in the book Health Defence written by Dr Paul Clayton that calculates the average nutrient intake, then what an optimum intake would be and the Nutrishield formula fills that gap.

if one was to take this level of supplementation daily, as well as eating their normal diet, is it not likely that they would essentially overdose on certain vitamins?

if u dont drink enough water, creatine can damage your kidney. but thats only if u dont drink enough water. other than that, creatine is safe and it works.

There are pros and con's to both ways
you could try to eat a good balanced diet
with lots of whole grains/ veggies/ and fruits/ dairy products.
foods do not have the nutrition that it once did
you would most likely be lacking in something
it is good to take supplements
multi vitamin
anti oxidants
there are some others as well
but you really have to watch
there are some out there that are not really good for you.
some out there that will do more harm than good.
cost has nothing to do with it.

Can I buy these in the shops? -its a good idea to have a pack with all the important vitamins and at the right levels.

=try vitamin b which is used supposedly used for hair growth. Also increase the protein in your diet. You can also use supplements like choline, and amino acid supplements. You can get these at a health food store.

Getting sick all the time when there appears to be no medical reason is often related to the simplist medical reason–you might want to make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep every night, and increase your vitamin C.
People who do not sleep enough cut their white blood cell count in half and when the white blood cells are down it means your immune system is very weak. This is why people who are always under stress and don't sleep will get sick all the time or they seem like they always have a cold that does not ever go away. High stress will also weaken the immune system just as much as a lack of sleep.
Asthma can be under control if you make sure you are not around smokers, allergy causing things like cats/dogs, keep stress levels under control by doing deep breathing for 5 minutes twice a day, and you get lots of vitamin c and SLEEP.
You're not unlucky and please don't think this way–you are just probably unaware of how much stress and a lack of sleep contribute to constant sickness.

If you are eating enough fiberous foods like fresh leafy greens, legumes, fresh veggies, etc., and you are healthy, then you shouldn't have to use a bulk softener like Metamucil. Also, If you are pretty regular and you are never straining to go, then you shouldn't even consider it.
