Increasing Male Fertility
By
When you are a man and you and your partner have decided that you are ready to start trying for a baby then there is a few things you can do to increase your chances to conceive. You need to increase your sperm, its quality, and its motility (activity), as well as a whole host of other things to consider.
Eat healthy, cut out the junk foods and do some light exercises. To increase sperm and sperm quality and sperm motility you should try these easy to follow simple steps. Avoid hot baths and avoid hot showers. Drink decaffeinated tea or coffees and cut down on smoking. Limit making love to every other day and/ or concentrate on having sex to centre on the timing of your partners most fertile time according to her ovulation calendar. Might be a good idea to have a fertility test and have your semen tested for quality and motility. See your local Doctor for further information on having a free male fertility test.
If you believe you may suffer from male infertility then it is best to first have a male infertility test done from your doctor or a fertility clinic. There are many over the counter male and female fertility tests available for affordable prices. They are not 100% accurate fertility tests but they may push things in the right direction. Even if you do strongly feel that you are infertile or have a low sperm count then there are many options available including IVF, Surrogate partners, adoption, treatments to increase sperm counts, etc.

get him to not wear any underwear, that makes the testicals tuck up and produce more sperm, also you have to make sure he is ejaculating at least 5 times in a month. so stay aways from hot baths and hot tubs and such. Celeri gives him more of a 'load" and sardines makes him horny, so try some of these things! good luck baby dust!

Go and see a doctor first and find out the reason for your problems. In case it's sickness related no diet or any other vitamine, food etc will help.
All the above answerers are right. But these adviced dieats can only support to the right medical treatment when needed. Have a hormon status done and find at least out if your body produces enough tetesteron.
Take care and all the best.

I have been taking Micheal's Female Reproductive Factors. The lady at the health food store who recommended it to me said her daughter-in-law had PCOS and had tried many fertility treatments and finally was told she couldn't get pregnant. She started taking this and 6 months later was pregnant. I have had problems with irregular periods. It really seems to be working to get me back regular. I have been taking it for about 4 months now. I also take evening primrose oil until ovulation and flaxseed oil from ovualtion until day 1. I have recently added Solaray Baby Me Now Natural Fertility to this regement as she told me it would aid in irregular periods.
I see many people ask question on here about "ovulex". I don't have any experience with it myself so I can't say how it works. If you do a search of questions above for "ovulex" you will find questions about it and you can look at answers that were given. It should give you some information that might help. You can also to a web search for "herbal infertility treatments". I have seen quite a few that are for both male and female. Check to see if you have a health food store in your area. Some of them are run by "herbalist" and can recommend things for you. Good luck!
