I used this to decide who to use in my area. This is a report that shows all clinics in the country's rates for different ages, ect. I'm not sure about out of the country, but they are by law supposed to report here. I would avoid anything out of the country unless they come with reputable references because you want to avoid a scam! In my family several women gave birth well over 40, so I think I am quite fertile. But I don't think more fertile women need a higher dose of the pill, at least I've never heard of that and it doesn't sound like a scientific fact. Someone who wants a baby bad enough to go through all those costly IVF procedures is probably going to make a better parent than some young girl who got knocked up by accident and can't even provide for the child without welfare or financial aid from someone. Then... You should start with your GYN, s/he will probably do a regular pap and possibly run blood tests to start and he will send your hubby to do a seman analysis (SA). If the SA comes back irregular then your GYN will probably refer you to a Urologist for further testing on your Hubby.
