ByIf you’re serious about losing weight, these are the must do tips to burn fat fast. If you follow these steps, you are guaranteed to lose weight.
Eat 6 meals a day
This is by far the most important thing that you must do if you want to burn fat quickly and efficiently. Keeping you body supplied with food requires your body to burn calories to digest it. This continuous work by your body starts to add up quickly, which allows you to burn more calories than you normally would.
Exercise 4 times a week
I know many of you still cringe when you think about exercising, but whether you like it or not, you got to work up a sweat. Thirty to forty minutes is all you need, but if you have the time, pushing it to an hour is even better. Cardio exercises are great, but it you want to look nice and tone with tight look muscles, you need to resistance train as well. Free weights are the best, but rubber bands are also a good alternative if you can’t get to the gym or you just want to do something at home.
Keep a Positive Attitude
Unfortunately, it’s easy to get discourage when it comes to losing weight and getting into shape, especially at the beginning. That is why it is very important to keep a positive attitude. If you’re 50 pounds or more overweight, don’t expect to lose all of it in a day or even a week. After all, you didn’t put on that amount of weight in a day. Be patient and positive that your routine will get you to your goal. Regrettably, to many of you guys just give up when, if you would have just persisted, you would have eventually reached your goals.
In short, follow these tips and you will burn fat fast.

After I saw the words "Lean Cuisine", I started to worry….all frozen packaged meals are loaded with sodium as preservatives, so I would just do this:
Exercise as often as possible and eat raw fruits and vegetables with some baked fish each dinner. Drink water and take a vitamin B complex supplement for nutrients.
Then, Try this:
Eat brown rice, veggies and baked fish for dinner.
Oatmeal for breakfast with fruit in it.
Drink fruit smoothies during the day for a snack. Try to eat protein at every meal…for breakfast with the oatmeal, eat a scrambled egg white or a hard boiled egg.
Eat a salad or chicken/turkey sandwich on whole wheat for lunch. Use olive oil and vinegar dressing…no saucy dressings.
Drink water only.
Never eat white or processed foods.
Try baked sweet potatoes…mmm… Eat spinach salads, not plain lettuce and add all the veggies you want to it. Try red wine vinegar…a few splashes and a little drizzle of olive oil.
If you want a crunchy snack, cut up a cucumber and put in lite Italian dressing or better yet, half cold water and half white vinegar. I mix mine with some cherry tomatoes too…
A good smoothie needs a good blender, so make sure you have one, cut up 1 banana, some blueberries (about 10-15) and strawberries (about 5), a cup or so of skim milk, a sprinkle of flax seed (buy a container of it and keep in fridge), a scoop of vanilla protein powder and blend it up, add a bit of crushed ice and you've got a good smoothie. You can add any kind of fruit…I cut up peaches sometimes too or frozen cherries.
Try reverse crunches, where you lift your legs up and out. Go to SELF.com for good tips…I love their workouts. Walk or run a lot and
use a stability ball for crunches.

Calorie/Eating: What I did was cut my calories down to about 1500 a day, with 500 calories burned(a day) which will equal out to me losing 1(3500=1lb) pound a week, but you can also adjust your calorie intake to 1200 and burn off 1000 calories a day which is 2lbs a week(7000=2lbs). As far as eating goes, I just cut out nearly all of the sweets I used to eat. I stopped drinking as much pop. I never really ate fruits and veg tables because when you eat light and exercise you will still lose weight. But I suggest eating fruits and veg tables. Another big thing is portion size, it is a must to adjust it and make it small but yet filling. So if you did this I'm pretty sure you'll lose weight too.
Exercise: I ran on the treadmill for 30-35mins every other day (Monday, Wednesday, friday, saturday+sunday=relax). But it took me nearly 3 months to build up my stamina to run that long. I just started out warming up with a 5min walk, them I ran for 1min and walked for 1min 1/2, I did this for 30mins. Then the next week I warmed up, then ran for 1 min 1/2, and walked for 1 1/2 mins, so on so forth (if you want more info. on running than email me back)
You have to run and sweat to lose the pounds.
So with jogging and cutting back on junk food you will lose weight quick.
Do not get down and quit if you don't lose 10 pounds a week, it is healthy to lose only 2lbs a week (7,000 calories burned) It takes about 2-3 weeks (sometimes up to 4-6) before you notice a change, and after that keep up with what you are doing and you will see the weight come off fast.
If you don't have a scale I would buy one (digital one) and keep track of your weight each week.
Best Of Luck
