I think it would depend on how much was taken or what was done. ...your question is NOT very clear. If you tore, they would mend that.

Have you lost sensation? You really need to talk to your doctors.

It will get better on its own. I have the same problem occasionally. Try some cold packs and rest.

If you think doctors have nothing better to do than hang around on YA and answer questions, I'm betting that you'll be sorely disappointed.

If you feel you need a doctor's answer, then you'd best make an appointment and go to the office and see a doctor in person.

As for the discharge, if it isn't causing irritation, itching, burning, isn't clumpy, and isn't an odd color or have an offensive odor, then the chances are VERY good that it is common everyday vaginal discharge that EVERY woman has during her fertile years, and there is no "cure" as it is perfectly normal. It is there to make sure your vagina stays clean, in a proper pH balance, and make the environment conducive and hospitable for both sex and sperm.

Vaginal dryness is caused by a drop in estrogen levels. Doctors can per scribe creams to help with this problem. A temporary fix is to use a lubricating jelly like KY.

Yes it is perfectly normal, for several reasons. Number one you have probably scratched yourself, since the itching is so intense. Also if you've douched this can lead to more irritation, as well as sexual intercourse is irritating if vaginal yeast infection is present. Also bathing and washing self with soap in an harsh manor trying to rid ones self of the yeast can cause further irritation. Monistat usually works quickly, by the second or third insertion on monistat, you probably wont have any stinging or other discomfort.

relax! it will come out by itself! :)

anyway if you really want to get rid of yeast infection then you must follow these tips:

1) Eat yogurt!!!! It contains helpful bacteria (live cultures, including acidophilus and bifidus) that destroy yeast. Use only plain yogurt with active cultures.

2) Douche with a solution of 1 to 3 tbsp. vinegar in a quart of water. Repeat once a day while having symptoms, but no longer than a week.

3) Decrease or eliminate sugar and sugary foods. Sugar promotes yeast growth.

4) Use a garlic clove as a suppository. Garlic contains a natural anti-fungal agent.

5) Try gentian violet. It's a traditional remedy for yeast and other infections, and can be found in pharmacies. Swab the area with it once or twice a day. Make sure to use a thick pad - it stains everything.

6) Use an herbal douche. Combine equal amounts of sage, raspberry and comfrey with 1/4 part goldenseal. This can be combined with cider vinegar.

7) You must use herbal treatment. In that case Yeastrol is really good (probably the best) product that gets rid of yeast infection comparatively fast and makes you feel more confident knowing that it wont reappear again!
And of course it is better if you use full course (5 months - if I remember correctly). For me it worked very fast + I dont get yeast infections anymore (almost 2 years) ...
