Who Else Is Looking For The Right Weight Loss Diet Supplements?
ByA question often asked by those looking to lose a few extra pounds is whether or not weight loss diet supplements actually work. The Answer? Well, it’s both yes and no. Here’s why…
The market today is so saturated with junk products people are often lured by savvy marketing. While it’s great for business, it’s not so great for you the end user. Far too often do I see people who unfortunately make a purchase based on impulse. Shortly after they quickly realize they were suckered into the latest and greatest “FAD”, totally wasted their money, and most importantly never experienced the results they were anticipating.
If you choose to use weight loss diet supplements be sure you do your homework. Research the company, read testimonials, if possible talk to actual product users and ask them about their experience. Don’t be fooled by only good testimonials supplied by the company, take time and be sure you talk to actual users. Weigh the pros and cons of each testimonial. Make sure you also research any complaints that may have been compiled against the particular supplement you are considering.
Try to understand the ingredients in the product. Since there are so many, this step is critical because taking the wrong weight loss diet supplements could actually do you more harm than good, it may even kill you! I don’t want to scare you but you should take the time to understand what side effects could occur so you know what to expect. Don’t get suckered in by some marketing lure, take your time and be sure you are getting a product that will work.
Look at the history of the company, do they offer some type of NO hassle guarantee? If you want to truly measure whether or not you are going to see results, look for a company that has a 60 or 90 day money back guarantee. That will give you ample time to try out the product and most importantly see results. I would stay away from any product that does not have a guarantee associated with it. By offering a guarantee it tells you that the company is serious enough to stand behind its product and it’s more than likely going to give you the results that you are looking for. At that point your risk is reduced to zero and it’s all up to the weight loss diet supplements to do the rest.
Weight loss diet supplements can and will work, when you’re using the correct ones. Above all, be sure you take the time to properly educate yourself about the products that you are considering. Don’t get scammed by the latest and great pill that promises to do incredible things for you. It will give you a sense of false hope and you will only be let down. Ultimately with careful selection you’ll not only be able to shake off a few extra pounds but you’ll be able to keep it off and never have to fear it coming back on.

Question and Answer
What is the most effective diet supplement out there today?
In the past, I've taken Ma Huang and had really great results. It was banned by the FDA, but then made a comeback with 10 mg per pill. I am currently taking SlimFast as my diet supplement, but want a boost to go with that. I am getting married in September and I need to lose at least 20 pounds by then.
I also do not want to spend 100s of dollars on supplements.

I was about as much as you are overweight when I tried to get in. I changed my eating habits, ran and did exercises everyday. My food consisted of an apple and a whole wheat piece of toast with honey on it instead of butter. For lunch I ate canned tuna in water with wheat saltine crackers, for dinner I ate either chicken or pork and any dark green vegetable. The big key is serving size. When you start actually eating a serving size, you will realize how much you were over eating. I lost all my weight in bout 4 months. Another way to help lose weight are Metformin meds. They are normally given for diabetics but it helped my wife lose 35 lbs and she is not a diabetic. ASK YOUR DOCTOR FIRST!!!!! Good luck and thanks for serving!

This is almost unbelievable!
It is just amazing when you think about it. Last year no one died from a vitamin, herb, or nutrient of any type. ZERO DEATHS!
On the other hand, according to the American Medical Association, FDA-approved drugs KILLED over 106,000 people last year who took the drugs as prescribed. Now that’s the equivalent of 5 fully loaded jumbo jets crashing every week for 1 year. Do the research yourself. Don’t trust these clowns.

What a filthy couple of whores. Anything taken in excess can cause damage: Yeah man, I piss orange juice. Go to the Council of Responsible Nutrition’s website for their list of member companies, Avon included! Yeah, we know what the coundil on “responsible” nutrition is: CORPORATIONS who want your money! Pieces of shit should be beaten to death! Those two TV bitches included!

This seems ridiculous to me. If there were metals and other things such as lead arsenic lead in the products you should know that lawyers would be all over this! Seems to be marketing their product only for sale…buy these prodcuts they are safe…lawyers would be all over the place suing like crazy if lead or arsenic crud like that was in vitamins people took…

Because the FDA can’t get money from supplements they are trying to get rid of them by lying about this issue. The FDA does more harm than good but nobody realizes it. They just want to sell you prescription drugs and won’t tell you the safe and easy way to cure anything…
