I’ll bet you’ve never even full the time to judge what your nutritional desires might be, or the importance of that diet on your fitness. As we age, our needs constantly change; therefore continuous schooling about diet is a truth of life. The information we have unfilled about the vigor choices and alternatives unfilled to us change daily. Very few remedial doctors ever address our nutritional needs, older the needs of a pregnant woman, or an already poorly serene. What about the needs of the well unwearied? To live healthy, there is nutrition, drill, mental, and emotional needs that must be met.

Because if you expend a lot of energy without the proper nutritional backup, you're just going to exhaust yourself. Yes, exercise does burn calories, but you have to make sure you're getting everything you need to replenish your energy. When your muscles get sore, proper nutrition can help speed the healing process, etc.

Theoretically, you could just stop eating and continue exercising and thusly burn fat away without worrying about gaining any weight back, but you'd be very tired and may not heal properly and things may begin to get wonky.

While there is some interesting and useful info in here, you are making superficial generalizations about other things. Something being high in fat isn’t bad, at all (certain fish, nuts, olive oil). You should clarify that it is high in BAD fat.

Besides this, it’s about time to move past the “2,000 calories a day” crap. Everyone has a different basal metabolic rate and based on their daily activities this is further varied.

they are hospitalized because they are sick. you need good nutrition in order to heal. hence, good nutrition is important for hospitalized patients.

Muscle is made of amino acids = proteins. You need protein. You also need a balanced intake to ensure you have sufficient carbs, fats ( they are fuel!) , vitamins etc. to develop correctly. Nutrition is always important……..

If nutrition isn't sufficient, the cells will die and the body will probably die too. Nutrition is provided in a variety of different forms ranging from sunlight to salt rocks. Nutrition is between eating healthy and unhealthy foods. so eating healthy and unhealthy can affect you by being very healthy or unhealthy.

Nutrition is always important. IT is the gasoline for the body.

Myself, I eat only when I feel my body getting to the point where I need the fuel. Our bodies run like cars.

I have found that a good veriety of fruits and vegitibles always make me feel more with it if I forget to eat them.

I prefer red meat. Because of the condensation of complex proteins as you move up the food chain. There was a report not too long ago that confirmed that you can live on red meat with no vegis, but you have to take a multi-vitamin every day. I once went almost 5 years without eating more than a handefull of vegis every few weeks and taking multi-vitamins and exercise.

Like a car, you have to keep your body tuned. The work you do as a youngster will pay off later. See, especially for young men. Beleive me, when you get into the 30's if you are in shape you will get more tail than a herd of deer. Hang in there.

For women as well, the secret to maintaining a youthfull look is proper nutrition and care for the body. I personally am not a woman, so I have no point of reference as to what works.

Remember, eat when you are hungry, but don't over eat.

It is better for you to eat small meals throughout the day.
IF you constantly give your body food it stays in a state of motion and your body will not produce fat because it knows it is going to get all the time, so no need to store food.

Listen to your body. There is no one plan that is right for everyone. If you crave something, it is because your body associates that with what you need.
EX: Women crave chocolate when they are down. Chocolate produces the same hormone as love for women. Women get chocolate before dates and after a fight.

The emotional effect is also to be taken into account. My hypothesis is that really dirty blood will bypass the barrier in the brain that’s supposed to stop them, resulting in less energy, bad mood, slowness of wit, etc.
Can someone please confirm this?

whats with you people and bottom feeders. some of my favortie foods(shell fish) are bottom feeders and i could eat them all day and be fine. also you have no idea what causes cancer so go fuck yourselves..
